Refund policy
- We offer a 30-day return policy on select items
- All chemicals are non-returnable. (Part Numbers: C-####)
- PPE (Gloves, masks, gowns, etc) & Covid tests are non-returnable
- Customers have 7 business days from the receipt of their order to contact us regarding order discrepancies.
- All our products are backed by a one year warranty.
- Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) before returning any items. All returns must include an RMA #
- All non-defective products must be returned in new/unused condition with original materials and boxes. (This includes manuals, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.)
- All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Shipping on all non-defective returns is the customer’s responsibility
