Orders are shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. Your shipment will be sent by the most economical and efficient means, unless you specify a preferred carrier when you order. Shipping charges are calculated and added to your order as it is created, refer to your shopping cart for actual shipping charge. You will be notified prior to shipment if any of your items cannot be shipped via the method you specified. Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.

LabShops.com offers a 30-day return policy on select* items.
Please Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to LabShops.com. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
All returned products must be in new/unused condition and include all manuals, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment in original packaging.
Return Shipping charges is the customers responsibility. LabShops.com will be responsible for shipping fees on replacements or exchanges.
For your protection, we strongly recommend you to fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
Defective returns can be returned to LabShops.com within 30 days of receipt of item, at our discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Non-Defective returns can be returned to LabShops.com within 30 days of receipt of item. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee.
LabShops.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
If your merchandise package was damaged upon arrival, it is best to refuse accepting the order from the delivery carrier. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carriers delivery record in order for LabShops.com to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise with original packaging and notify LabShops.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify LabShops.com of damaged goods within 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact us to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
*Chemicals and PPE are not eligible for returns or exchanges
